Great staff assistance, with friendly and accommodating service. The location is fantastic, being situated in a prime spot within walking distance of many attractions. The room was also equipped with excellent amenities, such as high-quality bedding and an outstanding bathroom with helpful extras.
The level of cleanliness was not up to par. The room was not adequately cleaned upon check-in, and the process of getting it cleaned took far longer than expected.
